- Kidkraft ASSEMBLED Outdoor products are not eligible for return
- We offer 1 year wooden structure manufacturing warranty (outdoor)
- 7 days warranty for slide replacement.
- Acts of nature are not covered under warranty such as storm, flood, lightning, earthquake etc
- Free delivery within city limits of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and Al-ain
- 315 AED charges will apply for outside city limits and for assemblies in RAK, UAQ, FUJ.
- Examples of outside city limits areas are Ruwais, Mirfa, Giyathi, Hatta, Sila, Madinat Zayed, Harshan, Dibba, Al Madam, Showkah etc.
- Regular maintenance is required for all types of outdoor products. We charge 300 AED for a maintenance visit.
- If the ground surface is unbalance and customer using soft sand then 400 AED harnessing and installation charges may occur.

For starters, Falcon Ridge features three amazing slides—two high-rail wave slides for racing side by side and one thrilling 12-foot Twist-n-Ride tube slide.
The excitement continues with a multi-colored rock wall that leads to the spacious upper clubhouse (perfect for secret meetings). Downstairs, a deluxe play kitchen with stovetop, sink and accessories delights future chefs. Plus, there's a double-sided chalkboard for writing out daily menus.
A large café window and moveable bench are just right for serving snacks to your friends and family. And when the clock with moveable hands says it’s time to go, a quick dash to the belt swings or two-person glider starts a brand new adventure.
The full two-level structure is like having a playhouse and swing set in one, right in the comfort of your own yard.
Crafted of premium wood with a child-friendly stain, Falcon Ridge delights all with its shiplap roof, decorative gables and rounded arch windows. A true wonderland of fun without ever leaving home.

Customer have 7 days to return the item IF its still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING , Not Opened/ Repacked , proven Defective after confirmation of our inspection team.
Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned, dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once confirmed by our inspection team.
If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (colour may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase and not installed.
