Place the furniture in a clean and dry place.

Do not spray or pour harsh cleaning materials directly on the melamine or painted surfaces.

Do not spill hot liquid on the product surfaces as it may cause discolouration and result in permanent staining.

In case of tough stains, please spray water and wipe immediately.

Do not expose your furniture to direct sunlight or direct rain as it may decolour and dampen the furniture.

The following are what is Covered and Not covered under warranty.

The warranty coverage mentioned here is generic & category wise, please refer to the warranty period of the product. The warranty covered will be subject to approval by Danube Home inspection team.

The warranty covers only the manufacturing defects as explained. Any wear & tear & usage is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Covered - Structural Damage, chrome plating, industrial metal & lamination are included under warranty.

Warranty Not Covered - Usage, Wear and tear.

Outdoor usage & Wheels.

Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (e.g. upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)

Grains/ texture / surface issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty.
