تأكد من أن حجم الثريا مناسب، وقم بتنظيف وتلميع الثريا بانتظام للحفاظ على بريقها.

اقطع التيار الكهربائي لإصلاح الإضاءة واطلب من كهربائي محترف ارتداء قفازات لتركيب المصباح.

لا تقم بتركيب المصباح عندما لا يكون ديكور السقف قد اكتمل.

الجهد الكهربائي المناسب: 220-240 فولت (50 هرتز).

أبعد المصابيح عن المواد الكيميائية والأبخرة المسببة للتآكل مثل الأحماض والقلويات. تذكر قطع التيار الكهربائي أثناء تنظيف المصباح وتركيب اللمبة.

حافظ على بيئة التركيب جيدة التهوية وجافة.

لا تدعها تتدلى كثيراً لتجنب الاصطدام بها في رأسك أثناء مرورك بجانبها.

لا تحد نفسك بثريا واحدة فقط إذا كان لديك مساحة كبيرة جدًا.

لا تقم بتنظيف أو رش الثريا إلا بعد فصل التيار الكهربائي.

لا تقم بتركيب السقف وهو مبلل، ويتطلب التركيب عملية يقوم بها كهربائي محترف.

Customer have 7 days to return the item IF its still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING , Not Opened/ Repacked, NOT Installed & Used and No Dirty or Stained.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned,dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once  confirmed by our inspection team.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.
