ارشادات العناية والضمان
- Place the furniture in a clean and dry place.
- Always lift and move your wardrobe (in assembled form) with the help of at least 3 people holding the wardrobe on either side.
- Keep the hinged doors closed, when not in use and latch the tower bolts. This will ensure the door stays aligned and avoids door opening on its own.
- Always clean the dresser mirror in the wardrobe by spraying water or recommended glass cleaning solutions. Ensure all watermarks are wiped clean with a soft dry cloth immediately after wet cleaning the mirror surface.
- Do not try to exchange the door position, since the sliding hardware is not meant to function in the wrong way.
- When you are unable to access the attic of your wardrobe, always use a steep stool, instead of climbing the shelves for accessing the higher levels.
- Shelves in wardrobes come with a weight carrying capacity of 5-7 Kgs per shelf, and all drawers ( in wardrobe, dresser units, chest of drawers) weight-carrying capacity is 7-8 Kgs. do not exceed this capacity.
- Do not load heavy articles such as suitcases, travel bags, carpets and any items especially heavy ones on top of the wardrobe.
- In case of tough stains, please spray water and wipe immediately.
- Heavy items like Wardrobes shall not be dragged on the floor, always Dismantle it completely and shift.
- Always seek a professional carpenter’s assistance during the dismantling and reassembling of the furniture.
- Use a vacuum cleaner with bristle tips to avoid scratches during cleaning.
- Do not spray or pour harsh cleaning materials directly on the melamine or painted surfaces.
- Do not spill hot liquid on your furniture surfaces as it may cause discolouration and result in permanent staining.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned,dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once confirmed by our inspection team.
If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.
