Do not use harsh chemicals (like strong acid or bleach) directly on the acrylic surface.

Avoid placing sharp objects inside the tub to prevent surface damage.

Never run the pumps without water; it can damage the motor.

Do not stand or sit on the spa cover.

Shell structure: 5 years against water loss due to material defects.

Electrical components (control system, pumps, heater): 2 years.

Plumbing and jets

Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

Wear and tear items (filters, pillows, lights)

Damage due to chemical imbalance or freezing conditions.

Any unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Customers may return items within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, not unpacked, not installed, and in its original packaging in resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection by our team, and we reserve the right to approve or reject any return request based on the product's condition upon inspection.

For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for bedding, bath products, pillows, bedsheets, comforters, duvets, duvet covers, towels, bathrobes, etc., once they have been opened or removed from their packaging.
