Main structure of bed is Wood.

Mattress size Single - 90 cm x 200 cm (Mattress has to be bought separately).

Beds must always be placed in a clean and dry place.

In case of tough stains, please spray water and wipe immediately.

Always ensure the bed is placed on an even floor.

Heavy items like Wardrobes shall not be dragged on the floor, always Dismantle it completely and shift.

Always seek a professional carpenter's assistance during the dismantling and reassembling of the furniture.

Use a vacuum cleaner with bristle tips to avoid scratches during cleaning.

In the unlikely event of hydraulic mechanism failure always remember to use the safety latch which will allow you to use the lift-up bed storage without any fear of falling.

Do not drag the bed on hard and soft flooring.

Do not spray or pour harsh cleaning materials directly on the melamine or painted surfaces.

Never apply water or any cleaning agent on the hydraulic lift mechanism.

Do not spill hot liquid on your furniture surfaces as it may cause discolouration and result in permanent staining.

Do not use a cotton/ coir mattress on top of the wooden slats as it may break or crack.

Remember, your bed is scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof. Do not place in sharp objects on the furniture surfaces as they may scratch, chip or dent the surface.

Customer have 30 days to return the item IF its still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING , Not Opened/ Repacked , proven Defective after confirmation of our inspection team.

Installed items can be returned within 7 days except the below criteria -Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned,dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once  confirmed by our inspection team.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit     note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.
