Mahmayi 679 Three Seater PU Sofa - Light Sandal | Contemporary Living Room Sofa | 4-Year Warranty

The Mahmayi 679 in Light Sandal is built around the idea that a sofa should complement a room without dominating it. The pale yellow-beige PU leatherette upholstery - matt in finish - sits softly against natural wood tones, warm white walls, and textured cushions, making it a versatile anchor piece for a considered living room or lounge arrangement. In terms of scale, the 679 measures 200 cm in length, 72 cm in depth, and 78 cm in height (79 × 28 in). This footprint allows the sofa to seat three adults comfortably while leaving adequate space around it for movement and additional furniture pieces. The seat height also pairs well with standard-height coffee tables commonly found in UAE homes. Three seat cushions run across the full length of the frame, each filled with high-density foam as specified by the manufacturer. The cushion fill provides a consistent seated feel across all three positions. The back cushions form part of the fixed frame and maintain the sofa's clean box outline over time. Slim cylindrical legs in polished chrome give the 679 an elevated stance that is easy on the eye and practical in equal measure - dust and debris can be reached without moving the sofa. Paired with the sandal-toned upholstery, the chrome accent adds a contemporary metallic note without jarring against warmer décor styles. Care is refreshingly simple: the PU leatherette surface needs only a lightly dampened cloth for routine cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals. Keep the sofa away from prolonged direct sunlight to maintain colour evenness over time. The 679 suits living rooms, home offices, bedrooms, and dormitories equally well, making it a practical choice for both new homes and furnished rental properties. A 4-year Mahmayi warranty is included.
