An adjustable base could be used as long as it fits the inner dimension of the bed. Please skip the step of assembling slats and the slat support leg if you want to use an adjustable base.

Heavy items like wardrobes shall not be dragged on the floor, always dismantle it completely and shift.

Always seek a professional carpenter’s assistance during the dismantling and reassembling of the furniture.

Use a vacuum cleaner with bristle tips to avoid scratches during cleaning.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (colour may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase and not installed after the inspection team confirm.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned, dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once confirmed by our inspection team.
