The Immuno Technology 2.0 anatomical pillow is designed to conform ideally to the shape of the head. It offers proper neck support during sleep and features a thermoregulatory effect, allowing air circulation and providing a cooling sensation.

The pillow's base is made of ProTaktile memory foam infused with graphite and silver granules. The silver granules prevent bacterial growth, while the graphite granules enhance the pillow's performance for excellent thermoregulation.

Black Diamond inserts, combined with bamboo wood charcoal, provide enhanced cervical spine support, absorb odors, prevent bacterial growth, dust accumulation, and moisture retention, and have an antistatic effect.

The cover material is composed of viscose knitwear and an additional antibacterial treatment. They create a cooling and refreshing effect. The 3D-mesh sides provide excellent air exchange, ensuring continuous airflow around the pillow, absorbing excess heat, promoting quick moisture evaporation, and maintaining a comfortable temperature level.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned, dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once confirmed by our inspection team.

Warranty should be claim in Service center of the Product brand.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (colour may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase and not installed.
