Don’t Delay Filter Replacement: Using an expired RO membrane or Filters reduces effectiveness.

No Harsh Chemicals: Avoid using strong detergents or abrasive cleaners for cleaning.

Do Not Open the Unit: Unless trained, do not attempt to open the purifier for repairs.

Electrical Components: Protection for UV lamp, adapter, and other electronic parts.

Leakage Due to Defects: Covers water leakage caused by faulty components (not due to mishandling).

Any Functional Issues: Free visit for diagnosing and fixing problems related to the purifier’s performance.

Filter & Membrane: Consumables (RO and PP&CTO filters) are not covered.

Physical Damage: Any breakage, dents, or scratches caused by mishandling.

Unauthorized Repairs: If the purifier is repaired by an unauthorized service provider.

Installation Issues: Damage due to incorrect installation not done by authorized personnel.

Improper Usage: Using non-recommended water sources (e.g., salty or muddy water beyond purifier capacity).

Customer have 7 days to return the item IF its still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING , Not Opened/ Repacked, NOT Installed & Used and No Dirty or Stained.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned,dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once  confirmed by our inspection team.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (color may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase.
