If a defect is found within the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Any Damage caused by use of abrasive cleaners, sharp utensils,high heat or accidents.

Any shipping costs associated with returning the product for repair or replacement.

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with, modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Customers may return items within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, not unpacked, not installed, and in its original packaging in resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection by our team, and we reserve the right to approve or reject any return request based on the product's condition upon inspection.

For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for bedding, bath products, pillows, bedsheets, comforters, duvets, duvet covers, towels, bathrobes, etc., once they have been opened or removed from their packaging.
