Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. In case of a spill on the furniture, never clean with harsh chemicals or other cleaners, we recommend using a professional stain remover, Cleaner or service.

Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight.

A grease in the hardware is meant for its smooth functioning. Do not apply water and try to rub-clean the grease.

Furniture must be placed in a clean and dry place.

Always lift and move your furniture articles (in assembled form) with the help of one or two people holding the furniture on either side.

Never apply water or any cleaning agent on construction structure and functional hardware.

Do not expose your furniture to direct sunlight or direct rain as it may decolour or dampen the furniture.

Avoid keeping heavyweights on top of the drawers to prevent furniture from toppling.

Remember, your furniture is scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof. Do not place sharp objects on the furniture surfaces as they may scratch, chip or dent the surface.

Do not drag the furniture on both hard or soft flooring.

The following are what is Covered and Not covered under warranty.

The warranty coverage mentioned here is generic & category wise, please refer to the warranty period of the product. The warranty covered will be subject to approval by Danube Home inspection team.

The warranty covers only the manufacturing defects as explained. Any wear & tear & usage is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Covered - Panels & structure, Hydraulic Gas lift, Chair starbase, Metal rusting, Hinges & Drawer Channel are all included in the warranty.

Warranty Not Covered - LED light and electrical Components, Locker (safe), Speakers, Charging sockets, Fabric / P.U., Usage, Wear and tear, Outdoor usage, Commercial usage, Caster Wheels, Chair adjustable function & Armrest are not included in the warranty.
