To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, not unpacked, not installed, and in its original packaging in resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection by our team, and we reserve the right to approve or reject any return request based on the product's condition upon inspection.

For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for bedding, bath products, pillows, bedsheets, comforters, duvets, duvet covers, towels, bathrobes, etc., once they have been opened or removed from their packaging.
