Care Instructions & Warranty
Place the furniture in a clean and dry place.
Do not spray or pour harsh cleaning materials directly onto melamine or painted surfaces.
Do not spill hot liquids on your furniture surfaces, as this may cause discolouration and result in permanent staining.
Do not drag the furniture across either hard or soft flooring.
Do not expose your furniture to direct sunlight or rain, as this may cause discolouration and dampness.
In case of tough stains, spray water onto the affected area and wipe it immediately.
Always seek assistance from a professional carpenter when dismantling or reassembling the furniture.
Always clean mirrors by spraying water or a recommended glass-cleaning solution. Ensure all watermarks are wiped clean with a soft, dry cloth immediately after wet cleaning the mirror surface.
In case of a spill on the furniture, do not rub or wipe it, as this may spread the spill and damage the polish. Instead, gently blot the spill and clean the area with a dry cloth.
Always clean tempered glass by spraying water or a recommended glass-cleaning solution. Ensure all watermarks are wiped clean with a soft, dry cloth immediately after wet cleaning the glass surface.
Warranty Information
The following are covered and not covered under the warranty:
The warranty coverage mentioned here is generic and category-wise. Please refer to the warranty period of the product. Warranty coverage is subject to approval by the Danube Home inspection team.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, as explained below. Any wear and tear resulting from usage is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Covered: Structural damage, chrome plating, industrial metal, and lamination are covered under warranty.
Warranty Not Covered: LED lights and electrical components.
Lockers (safes), speakers, charging sockets, usage-related issues, and wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
Outdoor usage and wheels are not covered under warranty.
Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using incorrect cleaning methods or cleaning products are not covered under warranty. For example, upholstered furniture may lighten over time if exposed to direct sunlight.
With regard to solid wood furniture, due to its natural characteristics, the wood may contract and expand throughout the life of the product. Such contraction and expansion are not covered under warranty.
Grain, texture, and surface variations related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, claims relating to seasonal splits or joints opening are limited to the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase for solid wood furniture.
For glass shelves, the maximum weight capacity is 8 kg when the weight is distributed evenly across the surface.
