To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, not unpacked, not installed, and in its original packaging in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for bedding, bath products, pillows, bedsheets, comforters, duvets, duvet covers, towels, bathrobes, etc., once they have been opened or removed from their packaging.
