The warranty coverage mentioned here is generic & category wise, please refer to the warranty period of the product.

The warranty covered will be subject to approval by Danube Home inspection team.

The warranty covers only the manufacturing defects as explained. Any wear & tear & usage is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Covered - Wooden structure, Frame, Manual Mechanism, Recliner Lever, Electric Mechanism, Sitting foam, Spring, Sofa bed fitting, Sofa bed Wheels, Fibre Cushions / Pillows & Remotes are all included in the warranty.

Warranty Not Covered - Fabric / P.U & Stitching, Speakers, Charging sockets, Cushion zippers, Crystal decor Usage, Wear and tear, Outdoor usage, Commercial usage, Cushion piping / Decore / Thread design & Color fading are not included in the warranty.

To Claim Warranty, Please follow the below steps:

Go to: Sign In → My Account → Claim → Make a Request.

Note: Only Eligible products will be shown on the claim page.

Try to not sit on the armrest or the backrest of the sofa as it may affect it's structure and stability.

Do not keep warm or cold items directly on the furniture surfaces, instead use a hot pad or coaster, do not keep hot items like a Pan or baking dish even on a hot pad.

To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.

Sitting foam of the sofa may get softer after a period of time as the foam has a natural tendency to get softer after usage, that doesn't mean it has manufacturing defects.

Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth, do not use a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood & metal as it might lead to minor scratches or fadedness.

In case of a spill on the furniture, never clean with harsh chemicals or other cleaners, we recommend using a professional stain remover, Cleaner or service.

To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint-free cloth.

Do not iron clothes on the sofa, it may affect the foam as well as fabric.

Do not drag the sofa on the hard floor as well as on the soft floor, as there are high chances that the legs will get weak or damaged.
