VC (Vitamin C) Balls: Neutralize chlorine and improve water quality.

Maifan Stone: Helps balance pH and adds beneficial minerals.

Tourmaline Balls: Improve water vitality and help soften water

Flush Before First Use Run water through the cartridge for 3–5 minutes before drinking.

Replace Regularly Replace the cartridge according to the recommended lifespan or when water flow decreases.

Install Correctly Ensure the cartridge is securely fitted in the filter housing to avoid leaks.

Keep the System Clean Clean the filter housing and connections during every cartridge replacement.

Check Connections Periodically Inspect hose and fittings to ensure they remain tight and leak-free.

Do Not Use with Microbiologically Unsafe Water Do not use with untreated or contaminated water sources.

Do Not Exceed Cartridge Lifespan Using beyond the recommended time can reduce filtration performance.

Do Not Drop or Damage the Cartridge Physical damage may compromise filtration quality.

Customers may return items within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, not unpacked, not installed, and in its original packaging in resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection by our team, and we reserve the right to approve or reject any return request based on the product's condition upon inspection.
