Calcium Sulfite: Effectively removes residual chlorine, especially in hot water.

KDF (Kinetic Degradation Fluxion): Reduces heavy metals like lead, mercury, and iron.

Anti-Bacterial Balls: Help inhibit bacterial growth inside the filter.

VC (Vitamin C) Balls: Neutralize chlorine and improve water quality.

Maifan Stone: Helps balance pH and adds beneficial minerals.

Tourmaline Balls: Improve water vitality and help soften water.

Heavy-duty impurity removal Removes rust, sediments, heavy metals, and impurities.

Install Correctly Attach the filter tightly between the shower pipe and the shower head following the correct thread direction.

Flush Before First Use Run water for 2–3 minutes after installation to wash out loose filter media.

Replace the Cartridge Regularly Change the filter cartridge according to water quality and usage.

Check for Leaks After Installation Make sure the rubber washer is in place and tighten connections properly.

Do Not Use with Extremely Hot Water.

Do Not Over-Tighten the Connections Over-tightening can damage the threads or housing.

Do Not Use with Highly Contaminated Water This filter is designed for residual chlorine, rust, and heavy metals, not for sewage or heavily polluted water.

Do Not Open the Filter Housing Frequently Opening unnecessarily may damage seals and cause leakage.

Do Not Use Harsh Chemicals to Clean the Filter Strong cleaners can damage the housing material.

Customers may return items within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, not unpacked, not installed, and in its original packaging in resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection by our team, and we reserve the right to approve or reject any return request based on the product's condition upon inspection.

For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for bedding, bath products, pillows, bedsheets, comforters, duvets, duvet covers, towels, bathrobes, etc., once they have been opened or removed from their packaging.
