Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface, instead use a Trivet or coaster & Do not iron clothes on any panel or Glass, it may affect the lamination as well as finish of the product,Avoid placing items like burning candles or it may affect the life of your furniture in the long run,
make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
Do not pluck or Pull the threads of stitching it may lead to damage further.
Do not make any structural changes in the material.i.e. Additional shelf or additional locks. it may void warranty for the same.

The warranty coverage mentioned here is generic & category wise, please refer to the warranty period of the product.
The warranty covered will be subject to approval by Danube Home inspection team.
The warranty covers only the manufacturing defects as explained. Any wear & tear & usage is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Covered - Wooden structure, Frame, Manual Mechanism, Recliner Lever, Electric Mechanism, Sitting foam, Spring, Sofa bed fitting, Sofa bed Wheels, Fibre Cushions / Pillows & Remotes are all included in the warranty.
Warranty Not Covered - Fabric / P.U & Stitching, Speakers, Charging sockets, Cushion zippers, Crystal decor Usage, Wear and tear, Outdoor usage, Commercial usage, Cushion piping / Decore / Thread design & Color fading are not included in the warranty.

Customer have 30 days to return the item IF its still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING , Not Opened/ Repacked , proven Defective after confirmation of our inspection team
